PARTS ORDERING POLICIES & INSTRUCTIONS
- Furnish model & serial # of appliance, description of item & part # if available also type of gas & altitude if over 2,000’ as well as electrical information, if applicable.
- Shipping charges will be added to your order. All air freight , same day and/or rush order requests & international shipments are subject to a $ 10.00 handling charge. (Or equivalent)
- Unless otherwise specified... we will ship by UPS or common carrier, depending on size & weight, utilizing the most economical terms.
- MINIMUM ORDER IS... $25.00, (Or equivalent) orders not meeting that requirement will be up-charged the difference.
- All orders automatically default to “ship complete” & unless directed , we may override & ship partial orders.
- USE OF MATERIALS, SPECIFICATIONS & APPLICATION , SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
- All manufactured Items require “Lead Time”, non current and/or obsolete items require long lead times.
- Prices are F.O.B Chester U.K. and can be subject to change without prior notice
LIMITED WARRANTY ON REPLACEMENT PARTS
Parts warranty is limited to 90 days from date of installation. Installation must be made by an Authorised Service Center, Sub Agent of the Authorised Service Center, or Service Personnel “authorised” by 1 of the aforementioned. Warranty DOES NOT COVER... broken or freight damaged items, claims must be filled with the carrier. 1 year on stainless steel fry tanks. Labor & transportation costs ARE NOT COVERED OR INCLUDED in this warranty. Parts replacement DOES NOT extend the warranty of the appliance.
PARTS RETURN POLICY
- Any returned parts MUST have a... issued (RPA) Authorisation # prior to the return
- Any returned parts MUST be... NEW, UN-USED, SALEABLE CONDITION & accompanied by the original invoice
- Any parts received in OTHER THAN ... NEW, UN-USED, SALEABLE CONDITION HAS NO VALUE & NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
- All returned parts are... subject to a MINIMUM 20% restocking charge. Any part returned without authorisation will be subject to a 25% HANDLING CHARGE in addition to the normal re-stocking charge.
- All returned parts must be... shipped to us freight pre paid & the cost is NOT billable unless previous arrangements are made & are Authorised.
- Special orders are not returnable.
FREIGHT DAMAGE / CLAIM INFORMATION
Title passes to the consignee when merchandise is accepted by the CARRIER, and travels at the risk of the purchaser. In the case of freight damage , DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT, instead call the agents attention to its condition, making careful note of the details on the freight bill before signing for the shipment then FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER.
CONCEALED DAMAGE: In cases where shipments arrive in apparent good condition , but are later found to be damaged ... retain all packing materials, immediately notify CARRIER, requesting an inspection.
